1) You can make up scenes to remember as long as they can fit into canon. Like, you don't have to have seen your character hugging their mom to have them remember doing so, if hugging their mom seems like something they would do. As long as the scenes don't involve another character that hasn't given permission to make those assumptions about (if the assumption is at all questionable) then you can fill in the blanks all you want.

2) This sort of depends on what Ivan's shapeshifting allows him to do. Does he gain the powers of what he turns into, for instance? If he did, then that stuff would have to be priced separately. But if it's just a raw physical transformation then it could all be bought as one ability, probably for 90 MP. (Or in smaller steps with lesser flexibility in beginning stages.)

3) That's up to you. Your character can struggle with them if you want, or the instinctive ability to control them can come along with the power itself. Whatever you find most entertaining!
