HIATUS + DROP
☆HIATUS First of all, fill out this handy form and post it below with "HIATUS" in the subject line. THE RULES: ► For every 4 months of gameplay, you are allowed 4 weeks of total hiatus. ► These can be divided between AC checks as you see fit, as long as your hiatus is posted before the weeks you are exempting. ► Each week of hiatus serves to reduce your required AC check by 1/4 or, practically speaking, 5 comments. ► Four weeks worth will spare you an an entire month's activity, but you won't be able to hiatus again (in a mechanical sense) until you've been in the game for more than 4 months. ► If your hiatus covers the AC check period, then you can reply to activity either before or after your hiatus. It will need to be in order before the next activity arrives, or it will count as a strike. ☆DROP Or if you're Leaving Forever™, fill out this handy form and post it below with "DROP" in the subject line. You can drop whenever you want of course, and if there is another app round you will be able to bring your character back without a full reapplication, provided they haven't been taken by someone else in the meantime. However... IMPORTANT: if you are leaving the game and ever want to apply again, make sure you post your drop here instead of idling out or only using the OOC comm. If you don't, you won't be allowed back in with your old character or any future characters for the rest of Interstellar's run. As a "team"-focused and limited run game, communicating your availability to the other players is absolutely necessary, as opposed to leaving them wondering whether or not you're still around. |
