VIRGO ENTERTAINMENT

☆CULTURE
Competition around Virgo Entertainment is harsh. Talent and experience are both considered extremely important, and until you have claim to a great deal of both of them, you'll probably be considered small fish to any of the In Crowd. Parties are exclusive and getting invited them to them is a show of an acceptance - and a show of rejection to those not included. Once you start proving yourself, it isn't uncommon for the older label members to start stalking newer musicians for potential proteges or pawns. Social manipulation is Virgo's company sport, and if you're not the type to excel at it, you can expect to get played. Musical craft carries a great deal of respect, and sub par performances are not tolerated.

There is way more drama that you see on the surface, as most of it is played under the table. In fact, it constantly feels like there is some kind of conspiracy going on around you, and like everyone knows something you don't. Your managers and other handlers seem able to find you with uncanny ease, and it often feels like taking one wrong step could be the end of your career.

☆LOCATIONS
Every band is given their own penthouse in the Virgo Entertainment resort building by the ocean. It is mandatory to live here, but it has everything you could need, and your day is often laid out of you in advance. Private chefs arrive three times a day to prepare meals, and maids come by at least once a day to clear away the mess. Plenty of books and other entertainment is available, as well as dedicated rehearsal areas. If you don't practice enough, expect to get hassled by your managers, if not worse.

Each band member is given their own bedroom, and are discouraged from sharing. The bedrooms are kept clean and organized, and it is possible to request aesthetic additions, but they are subject to the approval of the managers. In some ways, it kind of feels like you're living in someone else's room.

Each bedroom is connected to a shared outdoor pool with an ocean view. There is an optional bubbler setting and plenty of seating to enjoy the view from. The penthouses are all very far off the ground, of course, so don't get too close to the railing if you dislike heights.

There are two very similar bathrooms in each penthouse. Everyone has their own white bathrobe with their name embroidered on it in silver thread. It's the details that matter.

There are communal areas available for hanging out with other Virgo members, including lounges and hip cafes with vegan and gluten free options. The museum on the ground floors is also available for viewing during certain hours, if that tickles your fancy.
