Character Info: Please just link this, if you can. If you're playing an OC or a character without much information available on the internet, you can give us a brief run down here. Just make sure it's the short version. Personality: We want to be able to have a good feeling for what kind of person they are from reading this. Besides that, don't feel like you have to go nuts on this. Just give us the highlights. ☆INTERSTELLAR Genre Preferences: List the top three genres you'd like this character to perform. Please choose them from this list: Pop, Rock, Punk, Folk, Indie, Electronic, Hip Hop, Heavy Metal, Country, Blues, Goth, Classical. Choice Instrument: Pick three instruments you'd be interested in having them play. These can really be anything, so long as they'd fit into the types of bands listed above. Say "lead" if you're interested in them being a frontman/vocalist. This can be considered separate from the other three instruments. Rockstar Persona: Give us a preview of the rock star your character has been brainwashed into being. This can include their general backstory (which won't necessarily be very intricate or even coherent) and any alterations to the way your character acts. Backstories are not generally going to hold much water under scrutiny - they are more like patched together generalities than anything else. Characters won't have any important emotional attachments to family or the like. They are here to be stars, and they are too brainwashed to realize that their lack of sensible grasp on their own history isn't normal. Have fun with this. Remember, the brainwashing can come along with some new character traits, so long as they are fitting to their life in the spotlight. They are being altered to be more appealing to the audience, and to suit their roles. Ideal CR: The ideal kind of relationships you'd like your character to have with their band mates. Be fairly general with the types of stuff you'd like, such as "family" or "interpersonal conflict." We can't make any guarantees, but we'll try! Writing Sample: At least 10 comments worth of your character as their normal selves. Can be multiple threads. Can also be ripped straight from the TDM. |
